Thigh Lift

A thigh lift removes excess skin and fat from the thigh and tightens the remaining tissue. The approach depends on where the laxity sits: an incision in the groin crease for limited inner-thigh correction, or one extending down the inner thigh where more skin must be removed. Outer-thigh work is usually part of a wider lower-body procedure.

As with an arm lift, the exchange is loose skin for a scar, and your treating surgeon will be explicit about the pattern involved.
