360 liposuction treats the trunk circumferentially — abdomen, flanks, and upper and lower back — rather than a single area. The intention is a consistent result all the way around, avoiding the mismatch that can follow when only the front is treated.

Because more areas are addressed in one operation, the volume removed is greater and the procedure is correspondingly more demanding. Your treating surgeon will advise whether treating the full circumference is appropriate in your case, or whether a more limited approach is safer.
